saturday night in erie came with quite a light show in the skies. i think it was a mix of summer heat lightning and a storm coming in. hopefully our local weatherman can chime in.

it was a good show, but cloudy. and talk about missed shots! as i was lining up my camera to get the best view, i saw some bolts through the lens. not once, not twice, but three times! and on a night where most of the bolts were NOT visible, it got frustrating after awhile.

and i'm surprised at how noisy this shot is too. if you look at the bigger version, you can see it. for a shot being only 34 seconds and at iso 100, i wouldn't have thunk it.
