and they do it on the main streets of my town! i never knew.... crazy.<br /><br />what i wish i had captured was the little girl standing over near the pooplets trying to decide if she should pick up this candy or not. she kept looking over to her dad and at the candy. then at her dad. then the candy. until finally her father yelled, &quot;get out of the road before the clown runs you over!&quot;. at that point she ran. i wish i could too. clowns scare me.
